Would love to lose a little weight by June, but need some help?

I need to lose a little weight by then since I'm going on vacation. I play a strenuous sport once a week and need carbs. An example of what I've been eating for a week is: breakfast: 1 serving of cheerios w/ milk and dannon fruit on the bottom yogurt, lunch: turkey sandwich on wheat and caesar salad, snack: 1 serving of cheerios, dinner: half cup of tortellini (orange, green, and white colored) and salad with peppercorn dressing. This is an example of what I'm trying to eat to lose the weight. I walk about 4-6 times a week and hockey game once a week. I want to know if this is good enough to at least tone up and go down a size by June. Thank you.
