World of Warcraft Healer Roles...What's your take on this.?

I agree with most of this but it really comes down to your group makeup. While a holy priest might out heal a resto shaman the shaman brings far and away the best buffs to the raid if you don't have the right other cles to cover them. From a pure healing standpoint this list is perfect but you don't really seem to be factoring in utility.
