When is the law going to address infidelity ?

Raoul Moat a clic case (it all started regarding romance).If you have an affair and destroy a family in the process,as far as the law goes your Innocent !!! and yet it can be devastating.the children now see dad once a week a divorce follows ect.Until The law changes,and awards compensation or maybe a custodial sentence for destroying families your allways going to have the Raoul Moats of society.i appreciate not every case is as exstreme.But non the less as things stand ,destroy a family , and your innocent despite the devastation its caused.
