Landlord trying to evict?

Help! My landlord is saying he is filing a complaint about me and my husband because he says we keep (somehow) messing with the fuses in our duplex, which is also the fuses for the other side, to mess with there electric. and that we don't clean up after our dogs, which is also untrue! He knows we are mad that he never told us we have to pay for electric and water for the both duplex's and its not in our lease so we have been fighting with him. So he thinks we keep messing with them because the other guy having problems he wont tell us what. we have to reset our fuses all the time because our stove dont work or fridge... I cant afford a lawyer but next time it happens he is gonna evict us but we didnt do anything! any suggestions? thanks
