FYI--Crime Ratio comparison misinformation answered?

I just visited the website Americas most wanted and clicked on Americas most wanted criminals and I scrolled down three pages and the majority of the caucasian most wanted were child rapists. The majority of crimes committed by Lantinos and African Americans were murder. There were more caucasian offenders than the minorities adding the child along with the murders, bank robbings, s, kidnappings, and this is JUST the most wanted list. Imagine the number already incarcerated or are awaiting trial. So those people who ALWAYS say it's the African American or Lantinos who are mostly in jail---it's truth time and reality is right in front of your eyes! Check out the webpage and then comment if you choose. My question is does this proof change the general idea that minorities are the criminal element in this country more so than caucasians?
