What bird fits these characteristics? ...?

i think a conure fits these pretty well. more of a green cheek conure then a sun conure though. they can get pretty loud unless you train them not to be. they will usually stay close with one person. and they are very playful. i have a yellow sided green cheek conure and he is very playful. he likes to be with me a lot but is shy with others so i think that you'd be very interested in a conure. good luck =]
