I need a gift suggestion?

I want to buy a gift a gift for a friend on mine but I don't know what to get him. He is a Mexican doctor who likes anything involving art, Travel, photography, food, and the Spanish director Pedro Almodovar. I guess it's like the clic question "what to give to the man that's got everything". Any suggestions?
