Please help me make simple improvements to old Mac?

1.07 is a Sloooow processor. 1.25Gigs of Ram is less than minimal. An upgrade ?may? be in order depending on the price of upgrades. Check at www.lowendmac.com, Google for motherboard replacements. IMO your computer is too old to upgrade as it would not be cost effective. I have a 733ghz processor QuickSilver Tower that would cost too much to upgrade to run OSX Tiger, I could not use Leopard without a bunch of hacking. I bought a MacBook 2.4 last year and love it. The Tower sits in the attic looking for a buyer.
